1. Nature of Our Services
All our services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical products are shipped. Our offerings include:

- Meta Ads Setup and Launch
- Monthly Ad Management, Optimization & Reporting
2. Delivery Timeline by Plan

Delivery starts only after we receive all required business inputs, ad account access, and any client confirmations.
3. Method of Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally via:
- Email to the registered email address
- Shared access to ad accounts or Meta Business Manager
- Live chat or video call support, if included in your plan
- Client dashboard, if applicable (for monthly clients)
PDF reports are shared as downloadable files; ad setups are done directly in your Meta Ads Manager as per your access permissions.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients must:
- Provide all requested business details (industry, target location, goals, etc.)
- Respond to communication promptly
- Grant appropriate access to Meta Business Manager, Ad Account, Pixel, etc.
- Approve ad creatives and content if required
Delays in fulfilling these steps may result in service delays. We are not responsible for such delays.
5. Late Delivery
In rare cases where delivery is delayed due to internal issues, we will notify you in advance and work to resolve it quickly. However, delays caused by:
- Incomplete or inaccurate information
- Lack of access to Meta tools
- Unresponsive clients
…are not considered grounds for refunds or compensation.
6. Subscription Clients (Plan 3)
For monthly management plans:
- Services begin after initial ad setup and onboarding (within 5–10 business days)
- Ongoing campaign management and optimization are conducted on a monthly cycle
- Reports and performance reviews are shared every 30 days or as per agreement
