At Targeted Audience Solutions, we provide custom, digital Meta Ads services tailored specifically to each client’s business needs. Due to the personalized and virtual nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. No Returns on Digital Services
All services provided through our platform—including but not limited to audience research reports (PDFs), ad setup, ad strategy, and campaign optimization—are digital and customized. As such, these products are not returnable.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Unsatisfactory results (as ad performance depends on many variables)
- Late delivery due to client-side delays
- Service cancellation requests after work has begun
- Unused service time during the monthly plan
3. Subscription Cancellations (Premium Plan Only)
If you are subscribed to our Premium Monthly Ad Management Plan, you may cancel your subscription anytime before the start of your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
To cancel your subscription:
- Send a cancellation request to order@targetedaudiencesolutions.com
- Or use your client dashboard if available
No partial refunds or prorated credits are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.
4. Delivery Timelines
We are committed to delivering your services within the estimated timelines:
- Audience Reports (PDF): 3–5 business days
- Ad Setup Services: 5–10 business days
These timelines may be extended if there are delays in receiving required inputs, ad access, or business information from the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
To avoid disruption in service and ensure timely delivery, clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete business details at the time of order
- Grant required Meta access (Business Manager, Ad Account, Pixel, etc.)
- Be available for clarifications if needed during the delivery process
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact delivery, but it does not qualify for a refund.
6. Exceptional Cases
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a special case that requires review, please contact us within 48 hours of your transaction at order@targetedaudiencesolutions.com. We will review your case individually, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
